— 2015 Christina Dodd publication wrap-up!
Dear Ones,
— Did you have a wonderful holiday season? My family celebrated Christmas on New Year’s Day; that was when all of our schedules could mesh and for us, what’s important is being together. But first! because we’re eccentric (or nuts, depending on your definition), we put on sweatshirts, long underwear, heavy coats and boots and celebrated New Year’s Eve — you guessed it! — in our stone circle. (If you don’t know the story of our stone circle, follow this link or click the photo.) At 11:15pm and 22 degrees (check out the ice crystals on the rocks — photo below!), we trooped out and built a fire in our fire pit. We tossed lavender into the flames, looked up at the clear, brilliant night sky, watched the fireworks in the valley, and at midnight we kissed and wished each other a happy and prosperous 2016. And I wish the same for you!
— Now, let’s pretend it’s still 2015 and enjoy the annual wrap-up of Christina Dodd publications!
